**HR Administrator, Brighton**
Up to £28k - £32k (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting a great HR Administrator role in Brighton, ideally you will have previous HR Administration experience, however this is not essential. Must have previous Administration experience within a very busy role and be able to work todeadlines.
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a small and friendly HR team based in Brighton. To be successful for this role you will be able to demonstrate working knowledge or HR and Recruitment, ideally within a similar role as described.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the smooth-running of the recruitment process
- Be the key contact for managers, providing advice on the recruitment process
- Attend interviews / oversee interview process as a whole
- Work closely with the Compliance Administrator to ensure processes are followed
- Provide advice to managers across the employee life cycle, for example, probation, absence management and performance management.
You must have excellent communication skills, along with being committed to rolling up your sleeves and helping out across all areas of HR when needed.
Monday-Friday full time position - 37.5 hours per week - Flexible to agree starting time of 8.00, 8.30 or 9.00 and 4.30, 5.00 or 5.30 finish.
Office Based during probation, then hybrid working.
