**TEMPORARAY Marketing Telesales Advisor**

We are seeking a temporary telesales advisor to join our Marketing team at Alice Castle, this role is a three month contract with a possibility to extend and will be based from our office in Sutton.

Previous telemarketing experience preferable but not essential. Previous experience in insurance not necessary.

**You will be**:

- Contacting leads to update the company database
- Contacting prospects to ensure the correct paperwork is sent through
- Contacting prospects to generate interest and encourage them to send their proposal forms
- Ensure information is uploaded to the database accurately
- Updates to be carried out in a timely fashion
- Maintaining inbox of enquiries

You must be able to demonstrate:

- A sense of humour & ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Warm and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously as and when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate - Microsoft packages, database, internet
