Personal Assistant to Director

Independent Safety Evaluation (ISE) delivers statutory lift examinations to the residential and commercial property management sectors to comply with the Lifting Operations and Lifting
Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998.
As leading lift examination surveyors, we are dedicated to ensuring that lifts within residential and commercial settings are legally compliant with the LOLER regulations.
Working specifically within the residential property management sector, ISE is generally instructed by property management companies and lift owners to assess and deliver statutory LOLER reports for both passenger lifts and good lifts.
Clients throughout London and the South of England, trust our LOLER expertise and, as part of the
Engineer Surveyor Inspection Network (ESiNet), a national network of LOLER surveyors, we can also provide our LOLER examination service nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary (Outlook 365) management, for the Director, Engineer Surveyors, and wider Engineer
Surveyor Inspection Network (ESiNet) team.
- ALCUMUS Field ID Administrator and report editor.
- Creating detailed travel itineraries and accommodation booking.
- Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages.
- Organising meetings, including booking venues and basic minute-taking.
- Overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents, including their formatting, printing, binding and distribution.
- Processing of expenses.
- Management of miscellaneous issues.
- Handling commercial in confidence matters with discretion.
- Social media management across LinkedIn - Instagram - FB and Twitter.
- Marketing development and implementation.
- Day-to-day business administration.
Essential requirements:
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A business qualification would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role and industry.
- Proven diary management skills.
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English.
- Competent and experienced with Microsoft Office 365 suite, ADOBE Pro, SAGE Accounting.
- Flexibility on hours - working from our office in Poole and from home.
