MPLOY is looking for a permanent _Funeral Director _to join our highly valued client in Poole Dorset.
Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:

- A salary starting at £33,400 rising inline with your experience.
- A working pattern of Monday to Friday with hours of 0830hrs to 1700hrs. Occasional Saturday work is required, 1 in 9, at a sister site just outside of Poole, 0800hrs to 1600hrs TOIL claimable. Being ‘on call’, phone duties/no callout required, is also arequirement of this opportunity and you can expect to be ‘on call’ 1 weeknight in 3 weeks and 1 weekend in 23 weeks - 1600hrs till the next working 0800hrs.

You’ll be responsible for delivering class leading client funeral services to both parties by advising,making arrangements and conducting funerals to the afore-requested arrangement.
- is an experienced Funeral Director. You’ll be used to working within exact company guidelines to a very high standard whilst always putting the client first.
- has line managed or supervised before. You can expect to regularly manage staff under your direction to ensure an excellent service.
- has fantastic account management skills. You can expect to reach out to the client at the earliest opportunity and assist them in making funeral arrangements that are personal and tailored.
- would be comfortable in handling all the stages of arranging and conducting a funeral. You won’t mind working in a dynamic and varied environment. You’ll also have an eye for detail and possess an appreciation that your work is the final opportunity todeliver a fitting tribute/celebration of a deceased persons’ life.
- is conversant with the Microsoft Office package and is confident using modern telephone systems.
- can provide expert advice on available services so that bereaving families can make financially appropriate decisions regarding the ceremony.
- is an effective communicator with a confidence in public speaking.
- has a very high standard of personal presentation.
- has a UK driving licence.
