We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who is keen to develop and widen their professional knowledge and experience in our busy Development Management Team. Significant infrastructure, housing and regeneration investment is taking place within North Lincolnshire. Forming part of the Humber Energy Estuary, the Team are working on a number of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project’s bringing the area to the forefront of energy related transformation and port-centric related activity through the development of the Humber Freeport and a variety of decarbonisation projects. These are exciting times for the area and provide the backdrop for the opportunities currently available within our Development Management function.
The Development Management Team is a friendly and ambitious service. With agile working arrangements in place, and a new and progressive workspace in a town centre location, you will join a team used to working collaboratively with colleagues across our organisation. This opportunity has arisen at a particularly interesting time as we look to support North Lincolnshire Developers, Agents, Businesses and Residents to invest in the area.
The postholder will provide high quality technical and administrative support to the professional officers in the Development Control team and an efficient service to the general public, ensuring quality and speed of service delivery in accordance with targets within the service plan. With a well - developed knowledge of planning procedures and the ability to work to multiple deadlines you will join us in achieving the very best for our communities, creating an area that is safe, well, prosperous and connected.
