You will be also be involved in a wide range of high-profile regeneration and corporate initiatives as part of the Council’s newly formed Development service.

As a career graded post, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated experienced Planning Officer seeking a new challenge, or a newly qualified (or close to qualification) graduate in a related field seeking to start their career in planning policy. You will be well organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative and to meet deadlines, you will require excellent communication and co-ordinating skills.
