We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to join an ambitious and energetic team.

Working within a busy, varied and fast paced consultancy firm, who are passionate about supporting their clients and partnering them in a way that exceeds their expectations, you will work flexibly and respond to clients’ needs to maintain the service levelsthey are proud of.

In this role, you will proactively support our wider team and clients directly, with the delivery of various people, engagement and development initiatives:

- Build and develop close and collaborative working relationships with clients, and manage client response times from the wider team
- Work with clients to scope, develop and implement their mid and long-range People strategy
- Maintain a regular rhythm of client site visits, ensuring progress of the people, engagement and development plans
- Partner client leaders and managers with their organisational development activities, providing legal guidance and implementation support
- Manage key projects from scoping requirements through to implementation e.g. engagement survey through to outcome analysis and development planning, reward benchmarking through to strategy proposal
- Identify L&D opportunities and work closely with our internal learning and development team to provide additional value to clients
- Ensure best practice and compliance with all company procedures, policies, and legislation
- Advise and guide the HR Advisors and HR Administrators with more complex matters, acting as key point of escalation
- Support and manage HR Advisors and HR Administrators through coaching and development

The ideal person will have:

- An open and curious mindset who is driven to add value and is hungry to learn and grow.
- An experienced HR Business Partner with solid employee relations experience
- Exceptional relationship skills, the ability to engage and partner with business leaders to create and implement People Plans
- A passion for HR & the knowledge to bring proactive engagement initiatives to the client
- Solid employment law knowledge
- An eye for detail and strong IT and customer service skills.
- Significant previous experience and be familiar and comfortable working in a multi-client environment.
- A self-directed problem solver with a creative outlook and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally with proactive confidence.
