As their key people partner, we build high quality People Plans, developing engagement and culture initiatives, responding to ER challenges, providing legal and technical guidance, managing change projects, and developing and coaching teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
With clients based across the UK, we are a busy and fast paced People and Development consultancy; obsessed with supporting our clients and partnering them in a way that exceeds their expectations. This means we work flexibly and respond to client needs to maintain the service levels we're proud of.
The Role: Supporting our HR Business Partners and Advisors as they deliver for our clients, and working as a critical member of the team, this role offers a varied and interesting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator.
We are looking for a pro-active, organised and dynamic administrator with the ability to confidently support the team and our clients. You will need excellent IT skills and the ability to manage fast moving priorities in a calm and systematic manner.
- Onboard new clients and establish their HR policies and systems.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Review and update company policies.
- Liaise with external partners such as Occupational Health, HRIS providers and legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, stability, absence).
- Proactively manage varied HR Information systems, updating records in a timely manner (e.g. starters, leavers, maternity, holiday).
- Monitor and manage client HR in-boxes, responding where appropriate and escalating to HR Advisors where needed.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll providers by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave, absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Provide accurate and timely administration support to our team and clients.
- Ensure all correspondence are prepared to a high standard with a ‘right first time’ approach to detail.
- Participate in HR projects
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
