- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends, company policies, and relevant regulations to provide knowledgeable and compliant support.
- Participate in regular training and development initiatives to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and effectively across various channels.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the capacity to find creative and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Proficient in multitasking and time management, allowing you to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems for record-keeping and data management.
