**ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK?**

To effectively supervise and support the Food and Beverage Department’s Associates, to maintain a highly motivated team, high standards of service and maximize revenue. Assist management with delivery of service ideas, directions from management or senior management, follow sequence of service and bringing up ideas and feedback. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

**Experience**
- At least 1 year of related or supervisory work experience required

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Good decision making skills (empowerment)
- Strong organizational skills
- Technical Acumen and IT skills
- Able to work alone and within a team

**Education or Certification**
- High school diploma or GED; experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

OR
- Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
