The London Estate Marketing team work with retail and hospitality tenant brands across Mayfair and Belgravia (two of the most exciting destinations in London) to deliver visitor footfall and spend in support of London Estate commercial goals. We activate the brands across high profile digital channels and build distinctive experiences and events in the locations often in partnership with some of the best lifestyle/fashion and food/drink brands in the business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious & performance orientated person keen to role their sleeves up and support the wider marketing team & public realm administratively (POs, meetings etc) but who is also keen to learn about the world of retail, luxury and destination marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Organising meetings, calls and video conferences for the team. Often involving multiple participants across all levels of the organisation and externally.
- Helping to create presentations and papers for both internal and external audiences including proofing and formatting.
- Coordinating and supporting on special projects and events.
- Support management of Mayfair and Belgravia Instagram accounts and other digital activity.
- Supporting effective marketing budget management across the team: purchase orders, invoices and suppliers set up.
- Expense submissions.

Key Requirements
- Ability to take own initiative, be proactive and work independently, great attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Keen to further develop experience and expertise in marketing and consider developing further marketing qualifications.
- Teamwork - working collaboratively with others, adopting a practical and pragmatic approach to getting things done, keeping teams up to date with progress
- Confident communicator (written and oral) and excellent organisational skills.
- Flexible and able to effectively prioritise activities that create greatest value and managing time, cost and resources effectively.
