Are you ready to unleash your inner marketing maestro and make a real impact? We're seeking a proactive and confident marketing champion to join our **Marketing Team** at **Incipio Group**. This role offers an incredible opportunity to dive headfirst into all aspects of marketing, from the digital realm to exciting offline experiences like PR and events.

**Incipio Group** take forgotten and overlooked spaces and turn them into beautiful venues that defy convention. We specialise in creating destination spaces, focused on food, drink, happy people and good times with 8 venues, restaurants and bars in Central London.

**Overall Purpose of the Role**:

- Support the marketing function at Incipio Group
- Create & deliver exciting sales opportunities, including activations and events.
- Brand Guardian - Ensuring the brand values are communicated accurately to our audience
- Ownership and delivery of the Monthly Communications Calendar
- Adhoc delivery of fast paced pop-up projects
- Support our industry leading social media channels

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Using your creativity to suggest future activity, supported by solid commercial thinking. We want you to dream up our next big hit.
- Ownership of the Marketing Communications Calendar, ensuring our guests and our internal teams have a clear idea of what’s happening across the venues.
- Working with the Marketing team to improve the rolling communications plan, fine tuning what works and throwing out what doesn’t.
- Ownership of exciting events, activations and pop-ups, being present in the venues to gauge their success.
- Bringing energy and fresh perspectives to the team.

**About you...**
- Marketing experience, either at degree level or in a professional setting
- Passion for the Hospitality industry and a commitment to improving the experience of our guests
- Commercially aware and able to integrate the company agenda into your thinking
- Strong communicator with an ability to engage with people at all levels in the business
- Well organised, with planning skills and an eye on what’s coming next
- Ability to identify key issues and opportunities using data supplied by finance and our insights platforms
- Brand literate with an ability to understand the customer and their motivations
- Team player - able to work well with internal (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Reservations, Finance etc.) and external (e.g. agencies) teams
- Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and learn new skills
- Great Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
