**Do you have a passion for delivering a high-quality administrative service within a Finance department ?**
An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Order Administrator (indirect) to join our Procurement Team.
You will manage the of purchase requisition process ensuring accurate and relevant, completed PRs are raised in a timely manner.
We would expect you to have good attention to detail whilst you assist with the invoice discrepancy and timely resolution of invoice matching related queries.
You will also Communicate & respond to general procurement queries.

- Ensure high standards of service are achieved within stringent timescales.
- Proficient in the use of computer systems, particularly Excel, Power BI, MS Office suite and preferably D365.
- Team orientated with the capacity to work constructively and collaboratively with others.
