Are you ready to lead a dynamic team, transform our neighbourhoods, and drive operational excellence? As the Head of Anti-Social Behaviour at PA Housing, you will spearhead a dedicated team committed to ensuring the safety and security of our residents. You will play a pivotal role in enriching the resident experience and fostering robust community relationships, creating safer and more vibrant neighbourhoods.

Create and lead a cutting-edge ASB training program to enhance skills within our neighbourhoods. Oversee legal referrals, attend court hearings, support witnesses, and present compelling evidence on behalf of PA Housing. Partner with specialised agencies to design and implement innovative ASB prevention initiatives tailored to the unique needs of each neighbourhood. Establish a state-of-the-art surveillance equipment framework for PA Housing homes. Collaborate regularly with local police to tackle high-profile ASB cases and hotspot areas effectively. Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and complaints related to the Tenancy Enforcement Team’s cases, ensuring top-notch service and resolution.

You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder being from the comfort of your own home. However bear in mind during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success. Your well-being and confidence in your role are paramount to us, and we're committed to providing the flexibility you need to excel. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

- Customer Focus: Elevate our ASB service to new heights, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued. Lead a team dedicated to tackling ASB, legal matters, safeguarding, and more, crafting innovative solutions tailored to residents' needs. Be the driving force behind a service residents trust and appreciate, fostering a community where everyone feels secure and heard.
- Operational Delivery: Take the helm of ASB outcomes, delivering top-notch service that delights residents. Drive performance excellence, forging strong partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes. Champion resident-focused decisions and initiatives, ensuring every action enhances the community's well-being.
- Strategic Thinking: Lead the charge in aligning strategic approaches with organisational goals, simplifying complex information to drive actionable insights. Innovate and adapt to meet residents' evolving needs, crafting holistic solutions that elevate their experience.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with residents, community groups, and local authorities, amplifying resident voices in every decision. Represent PA Housing as a beacon of community engagement, fostering partnerships that empower residents and enrich neighbourhoods.
