Legal Advisor

**Legal Advisor - Credit Control/Recoveries - Basic Salary £18,000 + Bonus of £200 per month - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.**

My client, a specialist claims management company are looking to recruit a credit control/Recoveries Handler to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to join a growing organization where you can progress. An excellent Basic salary is on offer plus Bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The main purpose of this position is to provide an efficient chasing procedure to ensure that the third party insurer receives engineers reports and are chased regularly to make payment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To answer incoming telephone calls from clients, garages and solicitors.
- To chase third party insurers (TPI) for payment of recovery, storage and repairs costs that our clients have incurred due to non-fault traffic accidents
- Provide copy invoices to the TPI to substantiate the clients claim for repair or recovery and storage costs
- Ensure weekly & monthly targets are achieved, in relation to cash collection & contact with TPIs
- Liaise with our solicitor division, advising them of any issues raised by the TPI that could delay, reduce or prevent them paying our client's costs
- Advise the case handler of any queries or requests for further information from the TPI
- To answer solicitors queries
- To maintain up to date notes on Proclaim
- To undertake any other reasonable task to ensure the efficient operation of the business
