**Location**:Ormskirk, Lancashire (Office Based)
**About The Role**
**Your role as HR Advisor**:
- Review and implement staff engagement strategies to have positive outcomes on employee happiness and satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment team with the end-to-end process.
- Provide expert support to managers covering all HR matters including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance and capability.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
- Manage our reward and recognition offering
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Ensure project and casework is complete in a timely manner, meeting KPI’s.
- Ensure payroll are update with all new starters, leavers and any changes.
- Interpret legal advice to stakeholders to influence decision making
- Be comfortable with challenge
- Identify process improvements to working practices
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law & ensure compliance
- Identify development opportunities and coach managers on how to handle first stage employee relations ensuring a consistent approach
- Handing employee relations process from start to end, in line with our policies, procedures and legal advice service.

**Essential**
- Previous HR advisor level experience essential
- Minimum CIPD Level 3
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Driven, enthusiastic and willingness to learn on the job
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to analyse situations quickly and respond appropriately to those seeking guidance
**Desirable**
- Care experience
**Required Criteria**
- Previous HR advisor level experience essential
- Minimum CIPD Level 3
