**Primary objectives for the Food and Beverage Assistant will be**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Café in order to maximise business opportunities in line with the company business plan.
- To be part of the Food and Beverage team that provides an exciting, healthy, innovative, quality food and beverage operation in order to create demand which meets customer needs whilst increasing profitability.
- To provide the highest possible standards of Customer Care within a healthy and safe environment by guiding, caring for and assisting customers in their choice and use of the catering facilities.
- Ensuring excellent presentation of food and beverages to the customer at all times.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness at all times. Being aware of all Health and Safety issues, constantly implementing and assessing procedures, and drawing attention to any useful practices.
