CIM | Moor Hall Hotel & Conference Centre built in 1805 has 80 bedrooms, 24 conference rooms and a 140 seat Restaurant. Since 1971 Moor Hall is the home of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to delight our guests with amazing service.

This Food & Beverage Supervisor position, is newly created to support a growing team within our hotel operation. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all guests and clients have a personalised service experience, from their arrival to their departure.

**Salary**: Up to £12 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 days, per week (including evening/weekend shifts)
Location: Moor Hall, Cookham, Maidenhead, Berkshire.

About the role:
As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets while on duty, to deliver an excellent guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members
- Manage, train, and develop e F&B team is properly trained on quality and service standards, has the necessary tools and equipment, and is empowered to carry out job duties
- You’ll also manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
- Work with the Commercial team to identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue
- Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value
- Ensure all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and cleaned on a regular basis
- Monitor local competitors and industry trends
- Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Conduct food and beverage inventory procedures.
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll

- Evidence of experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, in a similar sized hotel.
- A people person, with a passion for providing our guests with an amazing service
- You’ll have high brand standards with a real passion for hospitality
- The ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- Good working knowledge of food and beverage, and licencing regulation
- A great leader who strives to develop and motivate their team
