**£11.59 - £11.81 PER HOUR PART TIME/FULL TIME/WEEKEND ONLY**

Are you looking to **make a difference to someone's life?** **Tezlom** are looking for a warm and friendly individual to provide support to children and adults, across the **Bolton area.**

You will join a well established team that provide care to **children and adults** who require support with **Autistic Spectrum Condition, learning disability and/or complex health needs.** This is a challenging, but **extremely rewarding** role that allows you to **make a difference** to the lives of the people you support.

37 hours (full time) per week, part time 17.5 hours per week, Weekend only contracts available.

Working hours will be averaged out over a 3 week rolling period and will include both weekday and weekend shifts (1 in 3) arranged by managers

**Roles and responsibilities within this role include**:

- Daily assistance with meal preparation, household chores, assistance into the community/appointments
- To lead a team of Support Workers including planning, managing and debriefing shifts
- Administering medication
- Providing general emotional support
- Teaching life skills
- Working with other professionals to ensure consistency of support
- To fulfil all the duties required of a care support worker in the service in which you are a shift leader
- To ensure risk assessment and health and safety policies and procedures are followed by staff on your shift

**Criteria/Experience Required**:

- **Minimum one year as a Support Worker**:

- **NVQ 3 in Children and Young People or Adult Workforce or Health and Social Care - or Willingness to complete within 3 months of appointment**:

- **Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle - Desirable**
