About the role
- Lead on the delivery of products and services within the Association’s evolving wellbeing programme
- Identify opportunities to promote and deliver wider wellbeing work.
- Develop, maintain, and moderate an engaging programme of wellbeing digital content (webinars, forums etc)
- Co-ordinate delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of in-person and online courses, group sessions and training.
- Collate and submit regular reports and progress updates on the development and delivery of designated products and services.

About you

Experience of delivering wellbeing services is essential to this role along with a track record of project management. You will need to have up to date knowledge on industry trends and best practices in wellbeing support along with experience of using data analysis to inform and evolve activities and to also develop and introduce new systems and processes. As you would expect, we need you to be an excellent communicator to enable you to deliver interesting and informative presentations to a wide range of audiences.
