This is a fantastic opportunity join the team as a **Customer Services Assistant.**
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of service to customers, working quickly and smartly with customer instructions, whilst minimizing operational errors, through pre-processing of documents and preparation of outgoing letters and documents. Having oversight of the work in progress, to ensure all instructions are processed on time.
- Liaison with internal and external customers on non-routine matters via our client services telephony team, as appropriate.
- Ensure our customers always receive a quality service.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- A good team player that is happy to collaborate and deliver on common goals.
- Have a strong attention to detail to avoid data breaches.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to find solutions.
- Willingness to take ownership and follow set procedures and guidelines.
- Self-led enthusiasm to grow, succeed and learn. We are passionate about you and your career.
- Excellent attendance, time keeping, and reliability are all essential skills for this role.
This is an entirely office-based role, based at our Leicester office. There are no opportunities to work from home.
