Either way, you will develop skills that will enable you throughout your future career. Weare searching for a new Trade Middle Office Assistant to join our team based in our Leicester office.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of service to customers, working quickly and smartly with customer instructions, whilst minimizing operational errors, through pre-processing of documents and preparation of outgoing letters and documents. Having oversight of the workin progress, to ensure all instructions are processed on time
- Liaison with internal and external customers on non-routine matters via our client services telephony team, as appropriate.
- Ensure our customers receive a quality service that we promise at all times.

Base location for this role is Leicester. This role will be office-based from start date, with no facility to work from home.
