You will be responsible for ensuring all renewals are processed smoothly and efficiently, liaising with both Landlords and Tenants. You will also be responsible for ensuring all documents such Tenancy Agreements, Deed of Assignments & Deed of Surrenders are drafted and executed correctly.

We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual with high personal and professional standards to take on this role. Organisation is key, as well as the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, and friendly manner. You should also be comfortable working under pressure in a high paced market.

Working with like-minded and ambitious individuals, the role will include but will not be limited to:

- Overseeing tenancy renewals by liaising with tenants and landlords in a timely manner.
- Negotiating rents by liaising with our Lettings Manager to keep up to date with the rental price changes in the local market
- Negotiating terms of the lease with tenants and landlord
- Drafting renewal paperwork
- Co-ordinate change of tenancies and send the required paperwork such as Deed of Assignment, Deed of Surrenders, Tenancy amendments, etc.
- Keeping up to date with current legislation relating to the Lettings industry
- Amending Deposits
- Maintaining records of Renewal status
- Serving notices to quit or to increase rent on behalf of the owners. i.e. Section 8 & Section 21 notices

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience handling tenancy renewals
- Experience drafting Tenancy Agreements
- Excellent attention to detail as well as organisation, prioritisation, time management and planning skills
- Understanding of how to manage manual and IT based records efficiently and with appropriate confidentiality
- Energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience of using Alto would be a bonus
- Ability to resolve problems and disseminate information clearly.

**Package**
- Between £26k - £30K OTE, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
- 20 holiday days + 8 mandatory bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
