If this sounds like you, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline Customer Service teams as advisors. **We have multiple permanent positions available.** As the backbone of our business, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers, handling a variety of queries with ease.

**How will you contribute to our team?**
- Promoting and supporting our customers to use Eastlight online services.
- Manage queries efficiently keeping our customers informed of timescales, requesting feedback upon resolution.
- Develop a strong understanding of Orchard and other Eastlight internal systems.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.
- Identify and report any system issues while following Eastlight’s policies, processes, and procedures.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to customer queries.
- Keep and maintain accurate records in line with policies and relevant legislation.

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise.
- Excellent IT proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Superb interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building positive professional relationships.

- **£29,492 annual base salary**:
- **Permanent Full time**:
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
