**Customer Service Advisor**:

If so, we have an opportunity for someone to join our frontline **Customer Service team** as an advisor on **Part time, Permanent contract.** You will be the backbone of our business who will provide exceptional support to all our customers whilst responding to a wide range of queries.

**How will you contribute to our team?**
- Promoting and supporting our customers to use Eastlight online services.
- Manage queries efficiently keeping our customers informed of timescales, requesting feedback upon resolution.
- Good understanding of Orchard and other Eastlight internal systems.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.
- Recognise and report failures in system and adhering to Eastlight’s processes, policies, and procedures.
- Undertake administrative tasks relating to the queries.
- Maintain appropriate records in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills ensuring all communications is clear and concise.
- Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office Suite
- Excellent organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability of building and maintaining positive professional relationships.

- **£29,492 annual base salary, Pro-Rata**:

- **16 Hour Part-Time Permanent Contract.**:

- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)

- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
