Post office counter clerk, shall deal with all aspects of services the post office provides to its customers.

This will range from banking deposits, cash withdrawals, change giving. Post Office deals with large volumes of post and parcel returns. Passport checking and foreign currency.

Counter clerk shall be responsible for customer service and support. The roles requires to handle large volumes of cash and the responsibility of the cashier to balance counter at the end of every shift.

Counter clerk must demonstrate to be able to work under pressure and work independently. Learn new processes and have the ability to up sell products where possible.

If hardwork and working under pressure is not for you please don't bother applying.

Counter clerk must be smart and presentable. Have the ability to work within a team and demonstrate to share workload when required.

Counter clerk should have GCSE education in maths and English.

Counter clerk should be able to deal with the public and any customer complaints. The ability to problem solve is required.

Minimum wage plus must be able to work Saturdays
