We are looking for caring & passionate individuals to join our team on a part time basis, working various shifts in the mornings, evenings and weekends as well as one day in our office.
The services are designed to help clients through the day with ease and comfort. The heart of what we do is providing the very best customer service, and this is achieved through quality staff selection process, which ensures all staff are the best they can be, with professional training and mentoring.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and caring to receive and make calls to our customers and carers to ensure a smooth and safe service is still delivered out of hours including scheduling caregivers into the appropriate vacant visits.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and carer queries/concerns as well as being able to use our monitoring software to be able to communicate any delays, access issues, procedures to follow etc., You will need to be able to follow procedures and reassure the caller, but also to be firm where necessary about what they need to do in a professional manner.
Working knowledge in the care industry is not essential but would be helpful.
The weekly working hours will be dependent on the fixed shifts agreed below. Required times as follows:
- Monday 2.5 hour shift from 6am - 8.30am
- Monday 5 hour shift from 5pm - 10:00pm
- Tuesday 2.5 hour shift from 6am - 8.30am
- Tuesday 5 hour shift from 5pm - 10:00pm
- Thursday 2.5 hour shift from 6am - 8.30am
- Friday 2.5 hour shift from 6am - 8.30am
- Friday 5 hour shift from 5pm - 10:00pm
- Saturday - 5 hour shift from 5pm - 10:00pm
- At least one day per week in the office to make up the hours to 37.5
**This role requires**:
- Experience in customer facing roles, call centre or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a high degree of literacy and have the ability to record information accurately and correctly
- Strong IT Skills
- Be able to learn new skills and receive feedback on your performance
