Our client based in Coleshill have the opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to joint their team.

**The role -**
- Dealing with customer service queries in a professional manner
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Responding to e mails in a timely manner
- Responding to inbound calls and assisting callers
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Making outbound calls to customers to confirm all relevant information
- Liaising with internal departments
**The person -**
- Experience working within a customer service environment either retail or office based
- Car owner due to location
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fast accurate keyboard skills
- Capable of working within a team environment or in a stand alone role
**Salary £21,000 per annum + attendance bonus**
**Hours**: 40 per week on a rota basis between 7.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday
