**JOB TITLE**: Administrative Coordinator - up to £28k p/a. Immediate start available

**LOCATION**: Central Brighton

**HOURS**: Monday
- Friday (flexible office hours)

**SALARY**: £24,000 - £28,000k p/a + benefits

We're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit an Administrative Coordinator. This is a brand new additional role which has come about due continued company growth.

You will play a pivotal role in providing direct administrative support to the team and management and delegation of daily workflow.

Full training will be provided.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Diary Management for the Team
- Managing Team mailbox and responding to enquiries
- Managing team workflow and delegating workload
- Monitor work lifecycles
- Creating bookings
- Creating reports

**About you**:

- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- IT Literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Good data management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
