Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful and growing marketing agency in Brighton. Their busy team is expanding and looking for someone highly organised who can coordinate print production and logistics, ensuring delivery.
The agency has an enviable client list and produces thousands of ad campaigns throughout the South East and London. And if you're interested in the creative space, this could be your dream job
For this Operations Coordinator job, you should have:
- Proven skills in production or operations - ideally in print production or advertising.
- Previously worked for a marketing agency. This is ideal, however, not essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large number of projects at any one time.
- Being highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable coordinating freelancers and small teams.
Responsibilities for this Campaign Delivery and Operation job include:
- Oversee print production
,
ensuring client artwork is delivered correctly and on schedule. - Coordinate campaign delivery, including scheduling, reporting, and liaising with suppliers.
- Book and manage freelance distributors, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Handle day-to-day administration, invoices, and supplier communications.
- Follow and maintain processes and workflows to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the wider team to ensure campaigns run seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
