Job Title: Change manager

Contract - Inside IR35

Rate: 525 - 550 PD

Hybrid working in Leeds with occasional travels to London

Length: 6 Months

**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of the change manager will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimateutilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Manage Change: Own the change approach and plan, ensuring this embedded into the core project deliverables.
- Establish Change Network: Establish an effective and energised change network when appropriate; work with them to embed the new ways of working within the business
- Manage User Feedback: Ensure the change is approached from a business perspective and people are engaged and consulted appropriately at all stages of project delivery, and their voice is heard
- Track KPIs:?Define clear and robust change KPIs to measure adoption, as well as champion project benefits tracking, ensuring the people change element is considered for the realisation planning

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business
- Consulting background preferable as is Luxury Retail experience
Change Management experience essential, with experience in delivering business transformation or Change Management on global IT initiatives.
Change Management qualifications highly desired, with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
