Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a well established British brand who have been manufacturing premium quality products for 25 years in their search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team.

A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Responsible for purchase ledger from checking PO's to processing invoices
- Aged creditor reconciliations and resolving queries
- Setting up weekly payment runs
- Customer and Supplier master data creation in SAP
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Processing voucher refunds and credit notes
- Invoice accruals and prepayments, work with Assistant Accountant to identify requirements

Ideally, you will;
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Ideally AAT qualified or actively studying towards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills are essential, to include Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Salary up to £25,000 (potential for higher depending on experience)
