We are looking for a Divisional Coordinator to provide support to the Vice Principal and University Secretary and to the three Assistant Secretaries in the management of the University Secretary’s Group. They will oversee the central administration and coordination of a number of key functions. This will include assisting with budget monitoring reports, purchase orders and liaising with Finance.
The role will manage and coordinate the reception service for the Registry Information Point and Student Services Reception, ensuring a professional and client focused front line service to students, staff and to the public.
The post holder will also provide administrative support at key points in the academic cycle such as graduations and induction.
This is a varied role and you will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills, coupled with well-developed organisational and IT skills. While working in a fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks.
