**So, What’s the mission?**
Reporting to the Divisional Trading Manager this role is an exciting opportunity to maximise the demand for the company’s products and services through the establishment of professional relationship’s and assessment procedures with a client base of driveway installers and landscape contractors.

**The job details**
Marshalls has its own accredited scheme, and you would engage with a pool of contractors and landscapers associated with Marshalls which we feel are best of the best. You will manage and coordinate with them daily, drive loyalty and mediate installation issues.
You will liaise with accredited members and on-board new members to the scheme and drive loyalty.

**What are the mission-critical skills?**
- To work and liaise with the team to deliver profitable sales and work towards achieving set commercial goals
- To complete the CRM at the appropriate time to ensure accurate records of customer interaction are maintained
- To accurately report the findings of site investigations in relation to guarantee claims regarding workmanship defects ensuring that all aspects of the terms and conditions are explored
- To report any suspected misuse, or unauthorised use, of any Marshalls, trademark or logo, and to report competitor activity and market information
- To demonstrate as appropriate and promote the range of products which ensure contractors use best site practice, health & safety and potentially lead to profitable sales
- To encourage Register members to enter the annual awards with the aim of increasing the mix, volume and installation standards within the membership and completing any judging with the necessary integrity expected from a suitably qualified and experienced individual.
