**What will you be doing?**

During your Apprenticeship, you will provide support to the Derby Fiat Professional Service Department in a variety of different ways including:

- Meeting & greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Liaising with the Workshop and other departments.
- Using the computer systems to assist with duties such as diarising work for the Workshop.
- Achieving pre-defined targets for upselling various Aftersales products & services
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards.

A £4000 loyalty bonus is paid upon 6 years of service with Pentagon. (Inclusive of time spent completing Apprenticeship)

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm.
