We are currently recruiting for a wonderful position on behalf of a reputable business based in the heart of Windsor. You will be supporting a busy and fast paced team with operational, logistics and administrative duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent attention detail and currently seeking a dynamic and varied admin role. This role will involve administration, data management and liaison with colleagues and third parties.
Job duties:
- Liaising with several departments including warehouse and the field team for deliveries
- Supporting team members with administrative duties, collating briefs and project materials
- Working closely with Senior Account executives and providing support for them, writing job briefs and surveys
- Updating and maintaining the internal database system, completing paperwork checks and chasing missing documents
Job requirements:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Work and Outlook
- A can do attitude with a great willingness to learn
- Ideally a driver with own car in order to attend client visits
This role will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, enjoys being busy and seeking an opportunity that can offer great development opportunities.
