We’re searching for an Executive Assistant in London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
In this role, you will be the Executive Assistant for the Chief Operating Officer and will provide light support for their direct reports (the Operations Leadership Team) across Central and Regional Operations (6 people)
**A role less ordinary.**
- Complete diary management, booking travel, expenses management and co-ordinating any team meetings for the Chief Operating Office
- Providing light support for 6 of the COO’s direct reports across regional and central operations
- Maintain COO’s schedules, including managing complex itineraries and frequent travel and often co-ordinating the calendars of others to ensure smooth business running
- Plan ahead to achieve key deadlines and avoid diary clashes
- Co-ordinate and manage COO’s and teams’ communication and correspondences under the COO’s stewardship, following up on pending matters as and when required
- Organise and co-ordinate events, conferences as well as Operational Leadership Team meetings, including co-ordinating agenda items, taking minutes, following up on topics and issues, representing the office as necessary
- Compilation of executive papers, reports, information, presentations and board packs to ensure the COO and team are fully informed and prepared at all times
**Who you are.**
- Office Co-ordination/administration and PA/ EA experience essential (at least 2 years)
- Hospitality knowledge desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Great attention to detail, time management and forward planning skills
- Educated to A Level/NVQ 2 level
- Great customer service skills - working both internal and external customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Our natural habitat.**

This is a full-time role where you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
