**Job Description**:
**Customer Service Associate - Premium Support, with French and English Language**
- ** Permanent Contract of Employment**:

- ** Salary: £21,716.20 + £1,066.70 KPI Bonus opportunity per annum**:

- ** £500 joining bonus**:

- ** Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to**:

- ** Friday / 1 in 4 weekends 9:00 - 17:30**:

- ** Office-based at our contact centre in Poole, Dorset (South West England)**:

We offer paid training to equip you with all the skills needed, followed by a period of ‘nesting’ where you receive extra support whilst actively supporting customers. All you need is to be PC literate have experience navigating databases, be able to type accurately and to love interacting with customers from all over the world

Experience with Android and iOS is desirable but we provide comprehensive tools and training so you can focus on providing world class service.

You will be helping customers who need support with mobile/desktop, payments, hardware, cloud storage, accounts, and other end user issues.

This role is for customer support, we’ll never ask you to cold call and there’s no selling either

You will have the opportunity to identify and report emerging trends and customer issues to senior staff, becoming a knowledge and performance expert in all you do.

**What we are looking for**:
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of Android OS and/or iOS is desirable
- Experience with web computing
- Knowledge and experience using Cloud storage services is desirable

Communication & Customer Support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills
- Proven success in complex work environments while utilizing multiple tools across different channels
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while proactively looking for solutions and proposing improvements
- You do this with grit, initiative, and ownership to see things through completion
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in supporting language & English
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in a brand's voice, clear and simple, with a proper dose of empathy.
- Patient, exceptional listener who enjoys problem solving and educating others
- Excellent customer service skills, with a good grasp of understanding customers’ needs by asking appropriate probing questions
