Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will assist individuals with various needs, providing care and support in a compassionate manner.
**Duties**:
- Implement care plans and provide support according to individual requirements
- Engage in childcare activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals involved
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or in a caregiving role is preferred
- Ability to drive may be required for transportation needs
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
