**Who we are seeking**

We are now recruiting for an Electrical Design Draughtsperson to join the Sunseeker family in Poole. As a Sunseeker Electrical Design Draughtsperson, you will become part of the team who has their work admired across the world as we build some of the world's finest motor yachts.

As a Sunseeker Electrical Design Draughtsperson you will be responsible for assisting the Electrical Design Team to produce and maintain electrical drawings and documents for all Sunseeker boats as well as propose, investigate and develop design solutions for new boat models.

Relevant post-16 electrical qualification is essential.

Formal AutoCAD training is desirable.
**Example responsibilities include**
- Creating new electrical drawings and documentation for new boat models as directed by the Electrical Engineering Team
- Creating and updating the Helm Console Electrical Assemblies for new boat models as directed using Siemens NX and Autocad software
- Using Siemens NX cad software, ensuring new product parts are modelled, simplified, numbered and entered into the PLM database
- Ensuring that all completed drawing updates are issued according to the electrical drawing issue process
- Producing technical drawings and information to be compiled for specific boat manuals
- Undertaking particular defined projects to produce detailed technical solutions to engineering problems
- Has proven track record of producing drawings and documents using AutoCAD is essential 3D modelling cad experience is highly desirable and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail is desirable
- Has experience of drafting schematic circuits and connection diagrams for low voltage AC and DC systems using appropriate symbols
- Is knowledgeable in drafting control panel layouts
- Has previous experience of working within an industrial, production-based environment, marine industry is desirable.
