At CTX Execs, we’re expanding our customer service division and we have an immediate opening for 2 **Confident, Charismatic and Dynamic **individuals to join our diverse and talented team.

Through in-person presentations and engaging conversations, we help grab the attention of audiences across London, simultaneously increasing brand awareness and market share for our clients.

**Customer Service Advisor Role**

You will be the face and voice of our clients. You’ll undergo extensive training to become highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable to be able to represent our clients in a confident, professional and transparent manner. In the first few weeks, you’ll be shadowing experts in the customer care industry who are trained in generating leads and turning them into paying customers.

It will be your job to make every customer feel special from the very first point of contact. It will be your responsibility to generate a buzz and excitement about our client's products and services, build a relationship with customers to gain an understanding of their needs, and in turn complete new customer acquisitions.

**Customer Service Advisor Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front-line customer service role (preferred)
- A positive and proactive attitude with the desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- A great team player that can work independently when necessary
- A solid work ethic - we don’t want clock watchers
