As a Client Advisor you will be the first point of contact and could possibly be the only contact a customer has with us, so it's important that you make the experience as positive and memorable as possible.
What you'll do
- Provide world-class customer experience, whilst responding to customer enquires
- Understand the customer's current and futures needs through a consultative approach
- Identify opportunities that will enhance our customers experience with us
- Provide first contact resolution and create a positive experience for the customer
- Be adaptable to the fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining high customer experience standards
- Meet and exceed service targets and companies' goals
Who you are
- Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Incredibly organised and detail-orientated, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and high-energy attitude
About Us
The Watches of Switzerland Group is the largest prestige luxury jewellers and timepieces specialist in the UK with over 140 collective stores. The retail portfolio comprises of brands including Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths. We have mono-brand boutiques in partnership with TAG Heuer, Omega Breitling and Tudor.
In October 2020 we opened our Virtual Boutique in Oxford St, London and it has gone from strength to strength. With the success since our launch in October and exciting new projects on the horizon, we are in the process of expanding the team and are looking for passionate Client Advisor to join.
