**Must have**:

- Experience working in busy fast paced call centre environment
- Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people
- Customer focused and an understanding nature
- A positive can do attitude and flexible approach
- Dedication to completing a high standard of work
- Willing to undertake a typing and spelling test
- Hardworking and reliable
- Answering and responding to incoming sales calls, qualifying the leads and placing the order when applicable
- Raising customer quotes and processing orders
- Processing leads and submitting deal registrations
- Provide customers with ETA's on their orders
- Generating daily reports for the sales management team
- After Sales - Assisting customers with replacement orders, exchanges etc
- Keeping up-to-date and building a sound understanding of all products/services the company has to offer
**Required Skills**:

- Great communication skills both on the telephone and in person
- Previous Account Management/ Internal Sales / Sales Admin / Customer Service or Customer Service Admin experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurised environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels
- Keen eye for detail
- **Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly**:

- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes
- Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide great customer service
- Strong work ethic, hardworking, structured and organized with and a keen eye for detail
- Always demonstrate a professional manner when dealing with customers and internal staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£19,500.00 per year
