Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham NG2

**Salary**: £19,760 (staff are eligible for half year bonuses dependent on store targets being met)
Hours: Full time, permanent (5 day week which will include 2 weekends a month)
The Company
A nationwide self storage company are looking to expand their team within the Nottingham branch. The company offers all aspects of self storage to customers as well as car park hire and office space. Due to growth of business the Nottingham branch is lookingto grow the team that operate within the onsite store. They are looking for a vibrant and confident customer service advisor to assist in daily operation of the store.
The role
The main objective of the customer service advisor is to ensure all customers receive top quality service as well as ensuring smooth running of the operation on the shop floor.
- Respond to customer enquiries and advise on available services with a polite and professional manner
- Ensure that shop floor is always presentable and keep on top of cleanliness
- Recognise potential selling points from existing customers in store to drive store to hit target
- Complete daily administrative tasks including compliance and updating documents or inputting data into internal systems
- Upsell additional products to customers to contribute to financial aspects of the business
- Upon absence of a manager take on duties to ensure smooth running of the operation in store
- Recognise and adhere to health and safety measures for both staff and customers alike
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to show effective listening skills when assisting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Be self-disciplined and able to work alone when required
- Be a team player and able to motivate and work effectively with others
- Be an open minded and committed individual
- upon completion of probation period you should be able to confidently advise on company products and services
