The project manager is responsible for ensuring numerous projects, products, and services are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard, achieving a high level of engagement across the Working Groups.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Lead on Working Groups, building relationships to ensure group meetings are worthwhile and deliver value.
- Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups to ensure that they are on track to meet their strategy and keep to planned timelines.
- Managing the Administrator to ensure actions are kept to time and deadlines are met,
- Work with the Marketing department to communicate activity and outputs.
- Work with the Events department to help shape content.
- Work with sister associations where appropriate to manage cross association groups.
- Some national travel is required to Working Groups and Events

**The Person** - Experience of working in a not for profit organization is desirable but not essential
- Previous project manager experience.
- An outgoing communicator
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to projects
- Approachable leadership style
- Works at pace and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others

**Skills Required**:

- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to prioritise actions and projects effectively
- Interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Good with data analysis, CRM systems and proficient user of MS office suite
