**The company**

Outright Games is a leading publisher of licensed children's games. We work with global family favourite franchises to bring their stories and characters to life, across multiple platforms and titles including Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Jumanji, Transformers and How to Train your Dragon.

**The role**

Our operations assistants work across a range of tasks related to the ordering and packaging of our console releases.

You will be primarily responsible for the packaging life-cycle, but will also be required to assist with support of the Operations ordering process.

Our Operations team is critical to the company and getting our games physically onto shelves and into our audience’s homes. Whilst the function can be demanding at times, Outright Games is a family company and we are here to support each other, with teammates often working closely together.

**Key responsibilities**
- Liaising with Sales and Distributors to understand the volume of upcoming titles
- Creating barcodes with the SKU Management tool for the required titles
- Maintaining numerous spreadsheets for barcodes, packaging management (including packaging trackers and project-wide trackers), and for BI Suite integration
- Liaising with interal and external partners to ensure all the packaging features are accurate and any promotions are handled efficiently, to keep artwork up to date and ensure timely delivery
- Securing, confirming and checking full approvals by Distributors, Licensors, and First Parties prior to releases
- Helping to organise and maintain the digital codes and ratings certificates for new and existing titles
- Creating strong relationships with and manage the expectations of key internal and external stakeholders
- Spotting, flagging and addressing issues in a timely fashion as they arise throughout the projects life-cycle
- Supporting the Ordering team during holiday, illness and high volume periods, as well as the wider Operations team on assignments as needed
- Monitoring the physical stock of our games in the archive and in storage in order to process contractual requirements and provide copies for internal use
- Manage the shipping requirements as they arise

**Skills and requirements**

We are open to applicants from a range of backgrounds who are keen to work in a small team with a flexing workload. Previous experience in order processing or similar would be beneficial. You will need to be happy working with data in an accurate and effective manner and be comfortable using a variety of systems, processes and documentation. You'll be a confident communicator, able to liaise with other departments as required.

This is a part time role for circa 30 hours per week with flexibility on working days and times.

**Additionally, you will need**
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- Familiarity with finance software and/or purchase orders would be a bonus
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous work ethic as precision is essential
- Highly organised, with good time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and used to a constant incoming workload
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with Teams and working remotely
- Familiarity with Jira Software

This role reports into the Operations Manager and will be based at our Head Office in Lee-on-the-Solent.
