Our beautiful Lee on Solent nursery, recently rated ‘Top 20 Mid-Size Nursery Group’ by Day Nurseries, have a vacancy for an unqualified practitioner to be the inspiration to enliven children's transformation from 3 months to 5 years - providing a safe and magical place to learn and play.

Our welcoming building operates with exceptional resources in a thoughtful and well laid out environment. Each room is light and airy, furnished with lots of traditional wooden resources in calming, natural hues. Additionally, we offer a large training and development hub based at our Head Office, designed to enhance the development of each of our valued team members.

At Hopscotch, all aspects of early years care and education are important to us; each child is treated as an individual and key people observe and assess children's personal next steps in relation to the EYFS using our tablets and bespoke online learning journeys. You will be expected to set up activities, provide exceptional care, create safe spaces for the children in your room, and you will need to meet every basic need including feeding, changing nappies, and keeping the children's environment clean and tidy. The ability to demonstrate initiative, to be flexible and to work as part of a team are all essential skills required for the role.

**32 days off**:
