Here at Babcock LGE we are currently looking to recruit an Coordinator to join the team, LGE are world market leaders in the design and supply of cargo handling systems for liquefied gas ships carrying Gas across the globe. This system stores the gas atcryogenic temperatures. LPG --155degree, Ethane and Ethylene -1 degree LNG is -165degrees.

We supply equipment, machinery and components and manage commissioning and performance testing.

LGE headquarters is based at Rosyth Dockyard near Edinburgh with 90+ people and expanding. Our current projects are mainly in South Korea and China for the largest shipyards in the world such as Ulsan in South Korea.

**Who we are looking for?**

You will communicate effectively with Yards, Owners, Ship Management Companies, Ship Agents and Ship Staff managing their expectations.

**What will you be doing?**
- Process client quotation requests and orders, from receipt of the initial enquiry through to the delivery of parts/services, invoicing and expediting of settlement as required.
- Log new AfterSales enquiries into the LGE AfterSales Database (Central)
- Liaise with the client for enquiry clarifications
- Liaise with Engineering and Warranty/AfterSales engineers for technical support
- Prepare and submit request for vendor quotation to Procurement
- Manage the inventory of frequently ordered bulkhead shaft spare parts and materials held at Liberty House.
- Recognise equipment that should be included in the obsolescence register and assist in the process of identifying an alternative product and/or solution.

- Systematic, logical and methodical approach
- HNC/HNC in Engineering discipline
- Capable of self-managing workload and adapting to meet customer expectations
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
