Hierarchy Support Services are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to oversee the running of Community Support Services and Supported Housing Services throughout Central Scotland, reporting to the Registered Manager. You will be expected to maintain exceptionally high standards, provide leadership, support and directions to the growing team of Support Workers.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day operations are run effectively and efficiently. Main duties will include the overseeing of several services throughout Central Scotland, management of staff rotas to meet the requirements of our support packages, managing induction and training needs, managing staffing issues and providing support cover in the event of staff absence or unallocated support hours, assisting with the on-call duty rotas, and any other tasks required to help the success of our service delivery and promotion of business growth. You must be committed to ensuring that staff are working to meet Hierarchy Support Services’ objectives, policies and procedures, and that all worked is carried out in accordance with all statutory requirements e.g., health & safely, moving & handling.
- A commitment to delivering high quality care
- 5 years demonstratable experience within the care sector
- Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills
- An ability to work independently in the community and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
- You must have current SSSC registration and be educated up to SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and transport

Pay: £12.20 per hour
