**Marketing Executive

**The Role
We understand that the way we work has shifted due to the pandemic, so we have taken the decision to close our main office on Wednesdays and Fridays, and our employees work from home on these days.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Marketing Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct keyword and competitor research and analysis to improve market share and write SEO focused content.
- Be up to date with PPC best practices, have a strong analytical mind and background in paid search.
- Develop and maintain paid Social Media ads.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to all activities, looking to continuously improve.
- Write compelling and effective briefs and copy.
- Working knowledge of MailChimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Comfortable using data both customer and analytical.
- Evaluate and report on:

- Campaign and activity performance.
- Competitor activity, making recommendations to elevate our brands
- Be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop cross-channel knowledge and strategy.

The key skills and qualities of a Marketing Executive are:

- The ability to prioritise tasks and have excellent organisational skills.
- First rate computer skills plus proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- A commercially focussed mindset - i.e. you can interpret data, learn, feedback and improve.
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Self-motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent communication skills plus clear and concise writing abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and a desire to learn more.
- 5 A-C graded GCSEs or equivalent (Maths, English essential).
- The ability to work as part of a team.
